Looking good so far!
From experience, after I painted 2500pts of blue and yellow Marienburg Empire last year- the results are well worth the effort (and probable urges to hurl your pot of Iyanden Darksun as far as possible!)

Good luck with the army!
Cheers

very nice table top painting, but you MUST delate mould lines. It doesn't look good now. It ruins your painting job.

Many painters skip preparing phase. It's huge mistake. You can paint ur minis very good, but always under good painting u will have bad prappared mini.

Thanks for the feed back. I know im very bad for not removing mould lines. I tent to clean up gate numbs ect but i normally ignore the mould lines.

and so more pictures.

First four 3/4 finished knights shield arms will be added once painting is done so i can access the brestplates better.

finny how posting pictures helps you spot areas that need touched up.

Due to uni cource work and finishing off some armour irl progress has been slower then expected.
but there has been progress.

four mostly finished knights with command group 90% done pending final assembly.

interesting i like those. how did you do the gold on the captains horse?
The horse of mine is waiting to get painted for a long time now, but im out of ideas how to paint it. its mostly the armour thingys.

The gold is a boltgun (ironbreaker) base coat with two heavy coats of black wash and a heavy coat of brown wash. then dry brushed with shining gold and then washed with delvin mud. trimmed and highlighted with mithrail silver and final pint wash with black.

I really like how you've painted the barding on the horses, the blue and gold is really striking and fits your paint scheme perfectly :) Keep up the good work!
