anyone know what the release sched for the empire is going to be?

Should be interesting to see these demigryph knights. Goes along well with the recent inclusion of monsters and monstrous cav in most armies. I like the fantasy touch it builds upon for warhammer. It's not like historical wargames. The fantasy element does a lot for the game.

I found this list, but i guess the character miniatures are just the barfcast (finecast) versions and the unit boxes just get a new cover or something.

Agreed. Not a fan of any of the new models except for the warrior priest, who is an instabuy for me. I fell in love with Empire for the German knight feel and the technological aspect, not the frilly griffon riders this new release seems to be bringing forth. Ah well, as long as pistoliers and greatswords dont get nerfed I'll be fine!
