Hi there,

I'm starting to paint my new IG army into a renegade look.

Here is the inspiration :

Some base colors https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-dl1kQNXRL4g/T2-8Y6Olb8I/AAAAAAAABEk/TmXQ7BVD7lU/s800/_MG_4695.JPG

https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-PxiZva4K4XE/T2-8ZXdUCzI/AAAAAAAABEs/9N9N42DkEcY/s800/_MG_4697.JPG

The goal is to do as much as I can on airbrush to save time while still making a flashy tabletop quality.
What dyou think about the inspiration?

After basecoat, a sepia wash to darken it a bit and having done the tracks.

Next steps will be to complete the metal areas, draw some symbols with a micro pen and then do a lot of weathering!

Looks great, I really do want to get into using an airbrush to paint as examples like this really show the quick work it can get done.

Nice job!

Great start indeed. Though they look a bit glossy, you might want to try a matte varnish like testors dull coat to even them out.

Thx for the comments guyz.

Dooing some very slow progress, got a new website that I try to boost on google.

The tanks are still on the gloss varnish, I painted directly the symbols and I sprayed a wash over it and I didn't took the time yet to spray a matt varnish. I'll do it at the end, after some more gloss varhish.

I'll take some pics of the stencil process, from the drawing to the finished product. I know that its not very high quality work but it gives ideas, its easy and it make good tabletop quickly.

Next step will weathering with vallejo pigments and some micro pen chaos symbols drawing.
