this is my new list: hq: vulkan hesta a chapter master with artificer armour and hellfire rounds roops: 10man tactical squad with multimelta and flamer, a five man tactical squad, that all eaquals 600points. let me know your ideas

not bad, why 600pts though?

the only change i would make is that at smaller points values force-multiplier heros such as vulkan are not a good idea in such a small force. id swap him for a regular captin or a librarian and use the spare points for either some armour (a LR if you could fit it would be great fun at those points or a preadator or vindicator could wreak havoc) as in my experience in smaller games armour and tactical marines are worth their weight in gold, mainly due to the fact that at smaller points levels there are less tanks and more foot soldiers!
