Poor modeler seeks easy Necron conversions

I recently got some great new Necrons thanks to a lgs sale and a lucky streak at a local casino. I have the battleforce, lychguard, and imhotek. I know that eventually I will be getting a dread to convert s my walker (thematic reasons) but I am wondering what I can do to maximize my unit selection? The lychguard are going to be crypteks and lords, btw. I am open to buying 1-2 more boxes of infantry, btw, orabout $80.

If you can sort out some claws (plasticard maybe) and either green stuff or tissue paper in watered down pva you can make flayed ones.
