145 - Is that the number of new paints?

If so, release is 24th March, this Saturday.

Firstly, aww your avatar picture is very cute,
Secondly, I got that impression as the video was without the visual hints from the game systems and also the splattered shield outline changing colours suggets very strongly this is it.

Or, it could be a count down to something happening 16/08/12 (145 days after 24/03)

Looks like it. With the glue release last Saturday, it would only make sense to get the paints out.

My first thought was 145 days from today (11th August - a Saturday so possible) or from 24th March (16th August - a Thursday so not that). So I actually thought it was 6th Ed date at first, but it seemed too late.

However, the colour flashes at the beginning seem to hint at paint range.

My first thought was "Blood bowl? Please?", but I couldn't figure out a way 145 could work into that (compared to the 144 paints the other thread claims +1 for liquid green stuff)...

I've heard off and on that the paint pots are changing (or not changing); anyone have any idea on that front?

I just looked through the other page, that's a lot paint options, i'm more interested in the expanded metallics though.

I don't understand why they don't just come out and say things like this. I mean, wouldn't knowing there are new paints get people hyped up? At least make them consider checking out the updated range?

I guess they don't want to hurt sales on the current set.

They are trying to build anticiipation I should imagine, and doing a decent job of it. All the forums have multiple threads and many pages of discussion about something that is only being hinted at, if you ignore the 'leaked' colour charts.:)

I really hope they include some sort of paint conversion guide. Considering that they released master class not to long ago, I'm hoping for this. I'd really hate to spend a lot of time trying to match paint colors to my army.

I can't wait to see the look on my FLGS guy's face when he realizes there are 145 paints to stock. XD

Same here, I am also quite sure Vallejo will still have a larger range of colours. Their liquid gold paints are awesome.
However I am eyeing up the textured paints for easy base work.

I wonder how they will release the paints.. will there be a massive box with the paints only? Or they will add everything they got (glues, flocks, etc.) and charge trillions of pounds/dollars/zlotys/drahmas/golden talons..
