Going with a more Celtoi feel, and thinking of totemic animals, I'm going with a bear theme for my SW contingent.
Home brewed chapter, 'Gate Crashers'.
So, Thunder-Bear rider. Started him this morning. Gonna try to finish him by Saturday for a game.

I think it's quite interesting, I always love the more-off the wall armies. It's certainly well done, I'd love to see more, maybe a whole army, along this theme. I mean, if you think about it, it's no more ridiculous than the Space Wolves themselves.

is that the Stargate emblem on his shoulder pad? looks like Dev but with a dot on the top. Nice work to man. i like the idea of bear riders. pretty cool. Definitely should theme it out.

Is the bear a GW model? Or some other company? Either way I really like it.

owwwwwwww...the pain...you are not allowed to do that again! OUCH! ;)
WWB: it's the Kislev Lord's bear from warhammer fantasy...I need another
TRJ5: yup, stargate earth Icon...'gate crashers' chapter! :)
POV: I believe a polar bear toting a marine more than a wolf...though frankly, he'd still need to be an oversized bear!

Honestly, I think that looks almost as good as the GW wolfrider model.

That looks pretty good considering it's a marine on a bear. I love thos ebear models - have 4 different sculpts - do you have any more?
