Redefining "Dynamic Entry" ;) Looks great! Cant wait to see some paint on it.

What blue stuff are you using to connect the parts? Assuming it isnt poster tac...

it is Loctite Fun-tac, pretty much the same as poster tack, and thank you:)

I had the same idea using the flyrant tail for a dynamic leaping look :O Nice to see how it looks, as I haven't got the kit yet :<

You'll have to use the legs for the flying tyrant, the legs are not cross compatible between the two tails. All I did was cut of the silly skis that they call scything talons, and a little bit of file work. It is a good kit, but it could have had a few extra things that I personally would like to have seen come with it. It is definitely worth purchasing, esp. if you can find it cheaper than GW's price. I can't wait for the bits to start showing up at various websites, so I can get another torso and hip, to fully utilize all the parts.

It's a great idea and is inspiring me to go back to my nids and do more work to them!
