Ziterdes (http://www.ziterdes.de/ziterdes/de/) are a German company selling a vast range of buildings and terrain for the 28mm scale tabletop. They sell everything from little trees to fantasy castles to modular gaming boards.

They also have a range of scifi bunkers and trenches as well as plenty of buildings which could be used for 40k or WFB, like some of the ruins I've already shown.

Some really nice stuff there. I like the 'Pillars of the Argonath'.

Yep, they do beautiful stuff. It isn't cheap but it is lovely. They also stock a full range of dungeon accessories to fill their dungeon and building bits with, like statues, desks, ward robes, sideboards etc. Though I can't find bookshelves.

Here is a single dungeon element, 20x20cm:

I think Thomarillion does the bookshelves you'd want, EG.

Also, I thought you disliked pre-painted terrain like the Battlefront stuff because "you're paying more" for it?

I do dislike pre-painted terrain, but what I've bought from Ziterdes has only been primed and the terrain itself is better than the Battlefront stuff to be honest.:)

Ah, ok. The Ziterides my pal Peter (up in QLD) has gotten has come pre coloured in. I won't quite call it painted, but coloured in works well for what they've done.

I really should order some for my birthday, however, since I've now got the new gaming table (mostly) built.

Well I thought it was just primed, it was two colours grey and terracotta and had no shading or anything. I thought it was a bit odd but I wouldn't have called it pre-painted, not in the way the Battlefront stuff is. I thought it was the foam they used.

The terrain ist - mostly - primed. And the do it on purpose so that you can repaint it easily. Interior details and dungeon stuff is not made by Ziterdes but by Thomarillion which you will find here:

http://www.thomarillion.de/index.php?seite=home&unterseite=&modell=&pos=&sprache=gb_&PHPSESSID=k2lve6fpvrrajl263a6t00rlu7

And the stuff is awsome (I know it, because I own quite a few of those items.)

The foam they use makes the stuff very durable yet easy to modify. (Look under Workshop & Instructions) on their page.

In an old (2nd/3rd ed) Imperial guard codex, GW even showed a picture of the old Ziterdes bastion.
I remember my local store staffers being asked where they could get that piece (as they were under the impression it was a GW piece.). I showed them the page from the Ziterdes catalogue which had it so they'd know it wasn't - and from then on, they would only say that "it was from one of the designers' private collections and not available".

I use some of their modern city ruins and piping terrain pieces in my games of infinity (having turned my back on 40k for a few years).

I have two sets of the Mixed Forest trees (w/out bases). They're a good mix of colors and sizes, but a word of warning. They're packed a little tight in the bags and squished into each other in transit - some have "bald" spots along their length where the fibers parted due to a smaller tree being packed in. Working the fibers back in place has helped some, but you can still notice the gaps.

Also, I've mounted them on 30mm - 40mm rounds and they're plenty stable

Not half bad terrain for the cost actually
