While you won't have much of a problem with light tanks and infantry won't be much of a challenge either, heavily armoured vehicles are going to be a real pain for you to take on. Consider dropping one of the pairs of Hive Guard, your Tervigon's scything talons and a couple of gaunts in favour of a pair of Zoanthropes to blow open Land Raiders and other heavy vehicles.

I would consider either 1) Flying Tyrant, 2) Harpy, or 3) a Trygon for the anti-heavy tank. Personally, I think the flyers would be a better choice than the Trygon.
The Gargoyles can be a good screen to allow covers saves. The harpy would be the easiest to add to your list-- swap a tervigon for the harpy. However, a tyrant is affordable-- dropping 6 Devoruer Guants and the HQ tervigon will get you the points for the Flying Tyrant. You may want to exchange the Bonesword and Lashwhips for Scything Talons. re-rolling to hit on moving vehicles is pretty good.

When I made this list I knew AV14 would be an issue just not sure how to fix it when i made the list. While the Zoanthropes are an offensive powerhouse with so few other targets for the other players str 8 missile spam I will they will die to quickly. The harpy is an option I haven't really looked at yet but looking at it now I like it. how ever if I a drop Tervigon from my list that leaves me with only 1 synapse creature. Trygons while I really do like them it seems you need to run more than 1 to be effective and I cant swing the points to add two to the list.

you could swap a genestealer unit for warriors.
However, I did mention the option of a Flying Hive Tyrant. That's Synapse. It would be easily screened by your gargoyles. If you are willing to scrap another 25 points, you can give it winged adversary--- greatly boosting the capability of the Gargoyles in combat.
I do like the mix of horde and creatures in this list. But, a land raider redeemer will destroy you. You would have to use your tervigons to make it happen, and they don't have very many attacks and lack the ability to solidly hit moving tanks. A scything taloned Hive Tyrant with furious charge is very likely to make mince meat of a Land Raider.

Warriors simply are not a viable choice anymore with the prevalence of Str 8 weapons they die to instant death far to frequently. While I had not considered the flying hive tyrant with old adversary, this would make the gargoyles truly a force to be dealt with I do not think the hive tyrant will live to make it into combat as the gargoyles are not large enough to proved a cover save for the hive tyrant.

Give up the gargoyles, the second unit of gants and the second tervigon to add a pair of trygons. I do not know if this would be more effective or less effective.
If you want to play Gargoyles, play 20 of them with the Parasite.

you are telling me 30 gargoyles is not enough to provide cover for the hive tyrant?
I think you need to think about this...

The 2nd list is closer to mine. SO i like this list.) A few thoughts. first i would would drop two hive guard for 2 venemthropes the cover saves will help a lot. also drop one of the trygons to a normal one. and spend the rest buffing you few troops.
