These are the first Grey Knights that I painted. I don't have much time to paint & I wanted to prove that models could look just fine when they are dipped (I used QuickShade from The Army Painter) The power swords were not dipped.

What do you think ? I plan on adding more units this year.

I like them! Great job, how are you going to expand them? Do you have your painting steps in your blog?

These are really, really nice.

I must admit I am not normally a fan of dipped marines.

Not because I have anything against dipping, but more because marines don't tend to lend themselves well to this technique.

However Grey Knights obviously do, maybe because they have less flat areas than standard marines.

Do you brush on the dip?

Great work. Colors are nice and smooth. Basing is great too.

Not a huge fan of dipping, but it works fairly well here. But for the love of pete...are you really using the Army Painter stuff and not MinWax? I nearly choked the first time I saw the army painter prices.

Looks good though. Gotta love some Dragon Forge bases.

Hard to tell the difference from a normal paint job with washes, so good work.
