Hey all, just finished work on this conversion (intended to be a bodyguard for my Inquisitor) and I was so pleased with how he turned out that I just had to share him:

I think I managed to match him pretty well with the existing Kasrkin models (which make up my Inquisitorial Storm Trooper squads) but also give him a dynamic and characterful appearance; the archetypal grizzled tough-as-nail veteran who has seen and done it all, and shot most of the proverbial "it" right in the face (think Sgt. Johnson from the "Halo" franchise).

As a finishing touch I want to sling a lascarbine (like the one resting at his base in the picture below) on him somehow, just to underline the hardcore "dripping with firepower" motif I want the character to express. unfortunately I just can't figure out HOW to add it without a). obscuring a significant part of the model, or b). making him cross the line from "well armed veteran" to "guy with WAY too many guns."

Honestly, I think he looks good without the extra carbine with all the extra kit on him. BUT, if you have to have it, I would attach it to the lower portion or sides of his backpack.
