Im trying to paint SH genestealers and well end up against wall, I never thought that brown can be so hard to do. Any ideas will be great help, cheers.

My first suggestion sould be to Undercoat the models white, give the armour a light base of Kommando Khaki, followed by a light black wash and finally a heavy gryphonne sepia wash. Possibly 2.
Optional highlights with Kommando khaki and/or bleached bone. Alternatively highlight the basecoat with skull white before your washes and be a bit more selective with where you put the black wash (just in to the deepest recesses really).
This is a fairly quick and simple method, and wont give you quite the depth of detail in the above model, but should produce a nice approximation.

For a VERY simple method (which, obviously, won't look quite as good up close) prime white, give a heavy Devlan Mud (<3) wash, and highlight with some variety of off-white, depending on how bright you want it to be. You could also add more steps to the above (such as adding in a middle layer between the wash and the highlighting, etc) if you wanted to get fancy.

Undercoat white.
Base coat of Khemri Brown
Devlan Mud wash.
Drybrush with Khemri Brown.
Devlan Mud then carefully applied to cracks and joins in armour.
Drybrush with 50:50 mix of Khemri Brown/Kommando Khaki.
Lightly drybrush the edges of the armour with Kommando Khaki.
Done.

Honestly i think it is about as simple as a tallern flesh basecoat, and then dip it in the army painter dip, shake off all the excess and done. If you don't have dip, or don't want to get it, you might be able to go the long route and try a devlan mud or maybe light orgryn flesh wash over the tallern flesh. Tada!!!
The model looks like it has been dipped though.
