lol. I actually just started a game and used the console commands to make a character with all 10 stats and level 50. So the PC is the Emprah.

Fallout New Vegas, it has to be Mr House. More dead than alive being kept alive by arcane technology..

If course it is missing the whole pan galactic empire...
