Hopefully this is the right place to post this:
I'm looking for a good proxy mini about the same size as Canis Wolfborn's mount. Figured he could use some buddies to ride into battle with. For $50 just to get the wolf seems a bit insane.
Anyone have any ideas?

Look up Mr Dandy's wolves. Nice detail. Right size. 5 poses. Not ridiculously priced.

That is a nice looking piece, but $20 for just one PLUS shipping on a solid resin model is still kinda high for me.
Hopefully they have a sale, because those look great!

Sorry, I thought you were looking for something less than $50. That large of piece in resin for $20 is pretty reasonable. Good luck.

Skaven Wolf Rats from Forgeworld (http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/New_Stuff/SKAVEN-WOLF-RATS.html) might make a decent base. I'm sur eit's not too hard to replace the rodent heads with some other more lupine versions. Even the skaven Warp brands look a bit 'runic'. Tails might need trimming as well...

Thanks Stick, I indeed was looking for under $50 a piece, just kitting out a squad of 5 dudes would still be another 100-bucks. Still, they look awesome, and I most likely will change my mind about the price

As it's not up here yet, check out www.mythicast.com.

I got some from them and I was really pleased. $73 for 5 of them, with the marine legs already sculpted on was a great deal for me. It can just take a while for them to arrive that's all.

EDIT: There's also character mounts on there as well, with one for Iron Priests and Lords. Forgot to put that in the first bit :S.

THOSE look awesome!
Thanks for the link.

I like these guys on the site: http://mythicast.com/shop-now/#ecwid:category=0&mode=product&product=3051274 Would be perfect for 13th Company/Mark of the Wulfen. And the description is pretty funny.
