Would anyone out there be willing to post the footprint dimensions of a Baneblade or variant? I'm going to be attempting a Tau super-heavy tank (I'm thinking to base it on a 1:35 T-90 model, I like the way the turret looks) and it would be nice to be roughly in scale.
Thank you!

I don't think we can. A T-90 is going to look like a Space Marine Super Heavy Fell Blade

I would try something else.

Try googling up some baneblade paper templates! Those would show ya' the shape/size pretty effectively.

Thank you for the pointer, Rev!
Length: 22cm from the rear tracks to the front tracks. 20cm from the engine to the front of the tank.
Width: 14cm Not including Sponsons. 18cm including sponsons
Height: 6 cm from the bottom of the tracks to the top of the main body. Add a further 1.5cm for the main gun mount. (Taken from a post on Dakkadakka)
As for the suggestion that it will look like an Imperial vehicle... not when I'm done with it. Imperial stuff is universally riveted and angular. ::grin:: Tau stuff is rounded, never riveted, and has the contour lines (for lack of a better term). I'm not concerned with avoiding Imperial cues.
Anyone know of any Tau super-heavies already out there?
There's this one, that got Chapter House sued: http://chapterhousestudios.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=59&product_id=201
