Hopefully an easy one:

A Blood Angels furioso dreadnought armed with a pair of blood talons can also have a melta gun. Is this built into either of the blood talon arms or is it mounted separately (for the purpose of a weapon destroyed result)?

the melta is buit-in, so both the blood talon and melta gun would be detroyed by a single weapon destroyed result.

There are only two Dreadnought weapon options that are independent of the arms. The first is Hunter Killer missiles. The second is the Magna-grapple. Both of these weapons are head-mounted. All other weapons are removed with the arm (unless your opponent inexplicably chooses to remove only the melta or arm-attached weapon. Don't be a loser, either, and make sure that they know they get to remove all weapons with the arm).

Appreciate the help. I play with someone who gets ...forgetful... when the game is on the line and I was almost positive that he should have lost the melta as well.

just remember, the Razorback with twin-plasma and lascannon is 2 weapon systems, but the furioso arm with built-in gun is a single weapon system.

Pretty sure that the army list entry states explicitly that the meltagun is built into the DCCW.
