I was bored and since a few people have tried it recently I decided to write up an eldar fan dex. tell me if I'm insane. prices are mostly the same or different as noted.
here's special rules and HQs for now

Eldar Special Rules
Masters of Fate: After deployments but before the game starts the eldar player may redeploy d3+1 units including putting units in reserve or deploying units from reserve.
Dying Race: Any engagement the eldar fight it can mean the fate of their entire craftworld. Eldar units fall back only 1d6 and consolidate after combat 2d6

Unit Type:
Infantry (Or Jetbike if mount on a jetbike, or Jump Infantry if equipped with a Warp Jump Generator or Swooping Hawk Wings)

Wargear:
Shuriken pistol, plasma grenades, haywire grenades, forceshield(4++)

Special Rules

Independent Character

Fleet of Foot

Strategic Command: If an eldar army includes an Autarch you may add +1 to your reserve rolls, and may reroll deep striking scatter, choosing sides for outflanking, and to steal the iniative.
Strategic Importance: Any unit an Autarch is attached to becomes scoring.
Has Walked Many Paths: Autarchs gain any benefits granted by exarchs in aspect warrior squads


Farseer............145

Unit Type: Infantry (or Jetbike if mounted on a jetbike)

Wargear: Ghosthelm, Shuriken Pistol, witchblade, Rune Armor, Spirt Stones, runes of warding

Runes of Witnessing
For the purposes of leadership tests the farseer's
leadership counts as 11 (i.e. psychic hoods and psychic tests)

Runes of Warding
As long as an enemy psyker is in line of sight of the farseer psychic tests taken by that pysker are rolled on 3d6 added up
Ghosthelm
Perils of the Warp are nullified on a 3+

additional powers are priced as follows

Fortune:reroll failed saves.....15
Doom: reroll failed wounds......10

Farseer may be upgraded to a Warseer and has access to the following powers but may not use the farseer powers Fortune, Guide and Doom and is unable to use "together through the skein" special rule.

to wound roll against unit's leadership

Heavy Eldritch Storm: str 6 ap3 blast
2d6 armor pen always hit side range 18in

Warp Armor: The Warseer's unit saving throw is now invulerable

Reave: Target Model may not attack until the eldar player's next turn

Together through the Skein:when a Farseer casts a psychic power you may measure the distance from any warlock on the field +20 points per warlock

Embolden: Re-roll failed leadership test and may regroup even if under 50%
Web of Inertia: the warlock's unit counts as having offensive and defensive grenades

Fleet

Seer Council: For each farseer 3-10 warlocks may be purchased and during deployment may be attached to aspect warriors or guardian units.

Avatar.........................200 pts

Molten Body: Avatar is immune to any flame based weaponry and melta and whenever the Avatar makes
an armor save (not invul) a str 5 ap - hit is cause to that unit.

Khaine's Fury: Any unsaved wounds dealt by the Avatar cause an additional -1 towards
combat resolution

Inspiring: All eldar units within 12in are fearless and have furious charge

Wailing Doom: Str 8 ap1 assault 1 range 12 inches Melta
