Looks like a generic and boring uninspired list to me .

Guaranteed to make the game boring for both you and your opponent !

I'd get bored playing that list really fast. Effective sure but jeez.

Also, why the warp stabilization fields on the dreads? You don't even have a librarian let alone the summoning so these upgrades actually do nothing for you. Spend the points on that inquisitor so that he can do something other than provide servo skulls you don't have any use for.

Not even all that effective depending on the opponent. If you play someone who also likes MSU netlists you'll likely be more MSU-y/more netlisty and therefore beat them. Good luck beating anything fast and assaulty...

Firstly, if you have an =I=, find the extra few points to give him grenades. With a list like yours, you need them more than most.

Grey Knights with NFS are only so and so in CC, and in fact, most specialist assault units can probably eat a 5 man squad a turn easy, maybe even before you get to swing at all. You have mobility, so if an enemy deathstar gets into your lines, you should be able to pull back before it does too much damage, but you would be a bit screwed if that happened in an objective game and the deathstar just took your objective. Even with the mobility offered by the razorbacks, you are going to struggle if more than 1 CC deathstar gets into your lines.

Since you have an =I=, I would seriously consider either dropping one of the strike squads or one of the dreads to get a good sized unit of death cult assassins and crusaders in a chimera. Throw the =I= with grenades in, and you suddenly have a CC deathstar of your own. If you have the points, making the =I= a psyker to cast hammerhand would make this unit much better, but that is not a necessity if you are really struggling to find the points.

I find it poor form to take more than 3 psyrifle dreads, and it's just not even all that effective. They are great against infantry and light to medium armor, but if you run into a few AV14s, you are in trouble relying so heavily on psyrifles.

If you insist on keeping all 6 dreads, I would advise you to take an assault cannon on each of your venerables and march them up the field to both support your razorbacks, and also to give your the option of going for rends to at least have a chance against AV14.

You loose some shots early on, but the extra output of the AssCan over autocannons should help to make up for this when you get within 24". The dreads would also provide reinforce aegis to help your psy defense since you haven't got a hood.

As some has already said, drop the skulls and warp stablizers as your can't use them. If you are really struggling to find ways of spending your last few points, get search lights and dozer blades for some of your razorbacks.

Those don't cost all that much, but can make a massive difference, especially the searchlights since many of the popular the necron lists rely on their ability to cast and extend night fighting, and it is those kinds of lists that are some of the biggest threats to your list. Scarabs advancing under the cover of night fighting will absolutely rape your list if you haven't got searchlights. Truth be told, they will probably rape you even with searchlights, but at least with them you actually have a chance.

First off, I'll point out that it's a lot easier to write your list like this:

Xenos Inquisitor, 3 skulls
3x Ven. Dreads, 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
6x 5 GKSS, Psycannon, Razorback w/ Psybolt Ammo
3x Ven. Dreads, 2 TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo

Secondly, I'll agree that 6 dreads is overkill. You're super-specialized in one area (killing light armor at long range) but aren't great against a whole lot else. Psyrifle dreads are awesome because they're super cheap and they perfectly complement the weaknesses of a GK army, but you need a GK army to complement and you're a little light on that.

Plus, 5 Purifiers with 2 psycannons in a Razorback is more or less the same cost as a Ven. Dread, and you get much more CC ability, more models, more high str shots and you're better at killing Land Raiders. And Ork hordes.

Secondly, I agree about the Xenos Inquisitor. Give him grenades, and put him in a counter assault unit of DCA. Hide them behind all your MSU units and counter assault whatever gets too close. Hammerhand is also really nice on him. Keep the skulls, though, they're pretty useful against certain armies even if you don't have deepstrikers. Keeping a bunch of genestealers from infiltrating in your face is a lifesaver.

Thirdly, while MSU has its advantages I find that GKs tend to work a bit better if you have beefy squads. I'd take a pair of 10 man GKSS units and have the rest as 5 mans. Keep Razorbacks on everything, you can deploy the 10 man units on foot and hide them after they've taken casualties late game, or just combat squad them. I've found that I basically never actually use my vehicles as transports, just as mobile cover and cheap gun platforms. The fact that you can hide that one last model in a scoring unit your opponent couldn't quite finish off is just bonus.

Just from that, your list looks more like this:

Xenos Inquisitor, Rad/Psykotroke Grenades, Hammerhand/Force Weapon, Power Armor, 3 Skulls (102)

10 DCA, Chimera (205)

2x 5 Purifiers, 2 Psycannons, Hammer, 2 Halberds, Razorback w/ Psybolt Ammo (398)

2x 5 GKSS, Psycannon, Razorback w/ Psybolt Ammo (320)

2x10 GKSS, 2 Psycannons, Daemon Hammer, Razorback w/ Psybolt Ammo (560)

3x Psyrifle Dreads (405)

Total: 1990

Use your last few points for Searchlights and I dunno what else. You're left with 6 Razorbacks, a Chimera, 3 Dreadnoughts, a quality counter assault unit that can kill almost anything on the charge, 10 psycannons, and a pretty decent amount of bodies.
