IG veteran options

The way I read the IG codex is that vetrans can have carapace armour AND camo cloaks AND demo equipment if you pay 30pts for each...

Is this correct, or have I read it wrong?

The squad can choose any of the following doctrines:

If you can choose any, you can choose any, so yes you aren't restricted to only one. Though having a squad costing 160 points with only lasguns and a few special grenades may not be the most tactical decision :p

Grenadiers and forward sentries I find are mutually exclusive anyway. But demolitions and grenadiers work pretty well. Forward sentries not so much but they work well with heavy weapons.
