If you had control over the Modelling department of GW. What model/regiment would you put them to work on?

Personally I'd set them to work on new gutter runners/ night runners as they totally don't match the new Skaven and stick out like a sore thumb.

Gutter Runners to me are fine. Night Runners I agree completely. I'd also add Plague Monks since they are the old body style and dog-head style.

That being said, I'd put them to work on Tomb King Skeletons. Just plain skeletons. It seems ridiculous to me that they have to use what is essentially the incredibly old skeleton sprue from back in the early-mid 90s with a Tomb King sprue thrown in (that doesn't even allow for enough heads/weapons for every skeleton).

I'd also like to see Nagash brought back into the game with a non-circus clown model. However, that would require having rules first and unfortunately he really doesn't fit either Undead book at the moment.

New Empire plastic knights and more plastic humans in general to represent other nations of the Old World.

Adeptus Mechanicus Skitarri.

Imperial Robots (that don't look like a pile of crap, but like Pig Iron's wardroids on steroids).

Daleks.

Imperial citizens (usable as henchmen, chapter serfs or for dioramas)

Plastic Death Cult assassins.

Plastic wardancers. War wagon. And a general purpose mounted monster range - griffons and dragons and such like that come with a saddle so you can stick a hero of your choice on there.

Dark Elf Witch Elves, Black Guard and Executioners. Also plastic Sorceress and Dreadlord kits like the HE and Empire have.

Plastic High/Dark Elf terrain box.

New horses for the Empire Knights. New statetroops with bling like hourglasses and daggers optional instead of integral and raised spear arms to make ranking up easier.

Another thing I'd like to see would be a generic hero multi-part kit for every race, like the ones for empire and orcs.

And I agree with Eldargal that plastic witch elves would be great, ( I'd probably convert some to use as a Necromunda Escher gang)..and the empire horses; how ancient is that mold!!!
