Necron two for one?

Hiya,
I've heard that apparently you can change the configuation of the annihilation barge/command barge so that you can use the same model for either, depending on your need. I was wondering how easily the doomsday ark/ghost ark can be swapped round. Has anyone got the kit?
Also it looks like the doom/night scythe will be the same basic kit, and that (admittedly looking at the art in the book) it would be a matter of pulling off the deathray.
Anyway I digress, any info about the swapability of the doomsday/ghost ark would be greatfully received, as I am seriously thinking of getting the model if it can do both.

Yes it can be done pinning/magnatising the two connection points between the hull and pilot section,

it does mean you cant have the warriors inside the ghost ark but the cannon does clip into the doomsday ark quite easily when in that configeration

As long as you leave the warriors out of the Ark (or magnetize them), you can easily use the ark as both transport and doomsday gun.

That's what I did with mine.
