Necrons: Assault from Monlith?

I dont use transports much. If I use the Dimensional Corridor on a Lychgaurd unit can I assault after I emerge?

According to the Necron codex, the move is treated exactly as disembarking from a vehicle that has moved at combat speed.

By default, you cannot assault out of a transport that has moved unless it is open-topped or otherwise has a special rule specifically stating that you can (eg the Land Raider with its Assault Ramps). The Monolith is/has neither.
