Hello,
First off, I didn't know where to put this thread apart from specialist games but under which sub-forum, BOLS please feel free to move to relevant sub-forum...
Basically it has been a while since I started looking into the High Seas GW Historical book, I haven't purchased it but it is on the list and high up there.
I have a few reservations before buying it though...
Has anyone bought one an/or played with one? If so how is it? Easy to pick up and understand? (this goes for any of the historical books)
As for the models themselves, I guess you have to kit bash or buy out of the GW range. Does anyone have any suggestions for pirates? I was thinking a mish-mash of Catachans with Empire weapons (old pistols etc.)
