I would drop the dread not. you are getting 3 pods turn 1 with him or not and use the points to make the terminators have wolf claws or something other than power weapons

i would drop predators for long fangs. 6 long fangs and 5 missiles is 125 points that is a dakk pred so

I like the Dread in the list, but that is because I am partial to Dreadnoughts, one of my favorite models/units in the game.

BUT I definitely agree about swapping the 3 preds for 2 sets of longfangs. I think 3 is overkill. Use the additional points on something else to add to the list.
