Since we don't have all the models from the codex yet, I went looking for possible counts as-models that wouldn't need too much modification to be passable stand ins for Stalkers or 'Scythes.
There's a couple of walker-jacks from the Cryx faction in WM, but as stalkers are light and open-topped+lack DCCWs, I thought this was the most suitable one (just add a necron driver): http://www.maelstromgames.co.uk/store_maelstromgames/images_product/ffg_bgm_dst_als_181_000_01_large.jpg Of course I don't know the size of that thing so it could be too small (esp. for the driver). The weapons of the one on the right could fit as a heat ray (two shots, two guns, big shots, big guns).
For the Night/Doom Scythes, somebody hinted me about the BSG raider: http://bsgonlinegame.com/game/raider.png and it sure has the right shape. A bit too round when compared to the edgy nature of necron ships, and I couldn't find a model for it either. Except this one http://squaremodels.com/cylon2.htm
