Imperial Guard Conscripts

I'm trying to figure out how the "Send in the next wave" rules is purchased...

Do I purchase it the once then every conscript squad I purchase gains this rule or do I need to purchase it each and everytime I field a conscript squad?

It says in the codex,
"if your army includes chenkov, any unit of conscripts may be given the send in the next wave special rule. 75 points"

Does the " Any unit" part mean that any units I feild gets it?. . .

I think you are using Chenkov in your army, you get the rule. It is part of his "abilities", so to speak.

And as far as I know, it only works on conscript units. I've only faced this once, and I don't play IG, so I can't speak with certainty.

It's 75 pts per squad of Conscripts once you have Chenkov in your list. You normaly dont see more than one squad though, as to be effecrive they need to be pretty big. Also bear in mind if you have an attached character, like a Lord Connissar or priest, and you "recycle" the conscripts, you loose the character as the rule does not aplly to them.
