Ideas for Death Cult Assasins, Crusaders, and Warrior Acolytes

I recently started collecting the stuff needed for my new GK build but i have hit somewhat of a creative wall. I need at least 12 Crusaders, 9 Assasins, 6 CCW Warriors, 3 Plasma Gun Warriors, and 3 Melta Gun Warriors. Rather than using the GW models for these I would like to source something else to avoid spending a mint and give me more than just two poses for each model. So anybody got any ideas on what would make decent substitutes and give me a bit more variety?

Privateer press makes daughters of the flame (Deathcults) and Temple Flameguard (Crusaders) which are close to scale and have a couple different poses.

Arco Flagellants: WHF Ghouls
Servators: Cadian bodies on Epic Land Raiders
