Anyone built a FW Brass Scorpion?

So, I've been thinking about purchasing a Brass Scorpion to convert into a DE walker/ quasi gargantuan creature. Mostly if I were going to do any conversion it'd be on the legs, either to make them more anti-grav-y, or to add Talos tentacle arms. Does anyone know if the legs come in separate segments, or would I have to saw stuff?
