Howdy!
What clear coat do y'all prefer?
I used to use Krylon's Flat coat (a tad glorry, but good protection) followed by Testor's Ultra Flat Matte clear coat (which dulls the previous coat down, but is not the bext protection) - between the two, I used to get OK results.
I am coming back to the bench after a LONG layover, and I could use some help.
With my Historicals, I used to always prefer a *really* matte flat coat. With 40K/Fantasy, I am thinking that a little gloss would be a good thing to show off the paint schema. I haven't painted 40K in 14 years, and I don't even REMEMBER what I used (I *think* that it was an Armory flat-coat).
