It sits too high, the lower part of the helm should be hidden by the gorget.

That or maybe its the over all shape of the helmet, it looks a bit to straight and needs to be more rounded shape, especially the back. The only other thing i dont like is the shape of the sword it looks like the inside of the sword has a curve and the outside of it doesnt match the same curve.
