I love Bale Taurus, its a great model and the way its posed you can just "see" the raging bull coming to life, its one of the few models from either GW or FW that really conveys aggression. It reminds me of myself when I am told I have to go shopping.

The brood horror is nice, but does remind me of a turd with teeth and a tail :D

I'm surprised that GW re-released the old Taurus a couple of months ago when they had this one in the pipeline. It really shows you how much their skill at making models has progressed.

GW and FW studios each to what they want. The old one was a classic, I know a lot of veteran players who went out and bought one just because they liked it when they were new players.

Also think of it like the Giant model

GW has one. FW has a bigger one.

They both fulfill the same role as "giant" but are different from model and gameplay rules

The bale taurus is much bigger than his vanilla GW alternative
