I read storm of iron a while back now and i remember Hawke getting picked up by the imperial fists, was he taken back to Joura ( or whatever) or something else....

i think he was inducted into the imperial fists....i really dont know

If memory serves, he was taken back and inducted into the chapter.

Their reasoning was that he was a very young Guardsman - late teens.

Could you tell me your source on this one? I just checked my copy of Storm of Iron and the Fists just leave with him. There's an ominous tone to it, as if he might never come back.
