ok all i would do to change that as it looks a very strong list is plaey about with the wargear of your thunderwolfs
Fast Attack: Thunderwolf Cavalry (5#, 345 pts)
1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 0 pts
1 Thunderwolf w/ Mark of the Wulfen, 55 pts = (base cost 50) + Mark of the Wulfen 5
1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 80 pts = (base cost 50 + Storm Shield 30)
1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 85 pts = (base cost 50 + Melta Bombs 5 + Storm Shield 30)
1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 75 pts = (base cost 50 + Power Fist 25)
1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 50 pts

ok where you have mark i would just gie him melta bombs to make im diffrent to the other shieldless guy as mark can be a down side for these guys who have loads of rending attacks any way. all good rolling 6's but when you hae agame where he rolls ones and twos not good. also if you can some how find a way to give the guy with the fist a sheild as he looses his extra attack any ways for the fist so the sheild wont make a difrence to his attacks but the extra protection would be nice have your your best wepon

Seems a pretty meaty list. I'd be interested in taking 3 LF units though, especially for tounament play.

The TW cav also seems a bit big but it would be awefully savage once it finally got there. Expect the TWC to be shot at a lot.

I feel a small scout unit is better for the initial tank pop. You can take a WG with combi melta and fist for backup if you feel naked and alone.

Lastly, does sthe LRR have a fire point? I believe not. Half the fun of the runepriest is putting him in a rhino and driving around and using his power/s.

Right, not only is it a bit of a no-no, but it makes everything really hard to read. I don't need to know how much every single upgrade costs. All I want to know is how much the unit costs, how many models are in the unit and what upgrade options they took. If need be, list out wound allocation, but keep things simple and easy to read. The codex can fill in the rest. There's a reason I despise army builder, because it's utterly impossible to extract any useful information at a glance because it's buried under a bunch of pointless crap.

So, this:

Fast Attack: Thunderwolf Cavalry (5#, 345 pts)
1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 0 pts
1 Thunderwolf w/ Mark of the Wulfen, 55 pts = (base cost 50) + Mark of the Wulfen 5
1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 80 pts = (base cost 50 + Storm Shield 30)
1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 85 pts = (base cost 50 + Melta Bombs 5 + Storm Shield 30)
1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 75 pts = (base cost 50 + Power Fist 25)
1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 50 pts

Should look like this:

5 Thunderwolf Cavalry (345pts)
1 w/ Mark of the Wulfen
1 w/ Storm Shield
1 w/ Melta bombs and Storm Shield
1 w/ Power Fist

Much simpler, much easier to read, and at a glance I can see there are two storm shields and a power fist in the unit.

On another note, WTF is the "1 Thunderwolf Cavalry, 0pts" for? Is army builder just telling you that you're taking a unit of Thunderwolf Cavalry a second time, just in case you were too stupid to figure it out the first time? And why does it cost 0pts? Army builder sucks.
