On the last Saturday of this month there will be a 2,000 point 40K singles event. Cost is $10. Bring five printed army lists that are understandable for an opponent who does not play your army. The event will start at 11 am sharp with sign ups beginning at 10:00 am. Army should be painted three color minimum and WYSIWYG. Swiss pairing will be used with ones win lose record being used to determine tournament placement. In the rare event of placement ties, the player’s army painting quality/WYSIWYG will be used to determine ranking.
All games will be random game length.
The missions/deployment will be as follows:
#1. capture and control, spearhead
#2. seize ground, dawn of war (3 objectives: one in center of board and one per player)
#3. annihilation, pitched battle
Battle points will be used to determine ties for a mission. One point awarded for each achieved objective.
+1 have 50% or more of you troops still alive.
+1 kill the enemies most expensive HQ
+1 have a scoring unit within 6 inches of the center of the table
+1 kill all of the enemies troops
*If there is still a tie victory points will be used.
