This is the original RT era terminator. Rules released in WD, then followed up in the Compendium. Design change somepoint around Space Hulk V.1.

Agreed, one of the early versions.

IIRC there were three designs before Space Hulk was released.

It is a GW Terminator. I have one, along with several of the second, pre Space Hulk, ones as well.
