So i tried to by a necron codex today and found out they dont have any nor can they get any more. SO what does this mean????

It means that GW didn't think it was financially wise to continue to print, store, and ship Necron codices, and it wasn't worth the shelf space at GW stores. This might mean a replacement codex is coming soon, or it might just mean that sales are so low that it's not worth printing more considering the current state of things.

The Witchhunters codex was pulled quite some time ago (~6 months?), and the WD replacement codex is due next month.

Hopefully. however, unless they have a major overhaul then in will be a pointless excercise.
