I currently own:
Draigo
Crowe
Stern
4 GK Sqd boxes (20 guys)
2 SM boxes (20 guys)
3 GK Term boxes (15 guys)
2 SM Term boxes (10 guys)
1 Dreadknight
2 Rhino's
1 Storm Raven
Can I get a tournament worthy 2000k list from that, and how?

I don't think the vanilla marine options translate too well over to GK models, just due to the fact that you need those force weapons and storm bolters for everyone.
With that said, here's what I would do. I've only considered this barely, so don't expect it's going to be totally on for points.
Draigo - 275
Paladins x 5 (count as troops with Draigo)
w/ nemesis warding stave
w/ 1 daemon hammer
w/ Psycannon x 2, master craft the force weapon or the psycannon on only one of these guys
w/ Psybolt ammo
360 total
(yes, this is an expensive squad. In fact, everything is.) =/
Storm Raven (carries Draigo and Paladins)
w/ your choice of armaments, but I like TL Lascannon, TL Multimelta for BA, personally. Just depends on what you want to do with it. Given that its missiles count as defensive, I like the idea of adding the hurricane bolters
230 total
Purifiers x 5
w/ Psycannon x 2
w/ Daemon Hammer
w/ Warding Stave
w/ Psybolt Ammunition
w/ Rhino with psybolt ammo
235 total
Purifiers x 5

Interceptors x 10
w/ Psycannon x 2

310 total
Dreadknight
w/ Gatling Psilencer
w/ Heavy Psycannon
w/ Personal Teleporter
280 total
Terminators x 10
w/ Psycannon x 2
w/ Psybolt Ammo
w/ Nemesis Warding Stave
w/ sprinkling of halberds, hammers as you see fit
490 total
So, all together, that comes to 2415. Obviously, well over the point values you were looking for, but at least this list shows that you have the ability to make a pretty tough, mobile, hard-hitting army with the units/materials you have, without even touching the vanilla marine boxes.
Also, bear in mind, I don't play Gk and have only glanced over the list a couple of times. As I was writing this, I was purposefully inflating the costs of units in order to guarantee we would hit the 2000 mark. Consider this a framework of what you COULD do, not necessarily what you should do. :)
Let me know what you think.

Warding Staff and Psybolt ammo (psybolt ammo especially) are kind of a waste on this unit. Play:
Stormbolter/Halberd
Stormbolter/Sword
Stormbolter/McHammer
McPsycannon/Halberd
McPsycannon/Sword
They're all unique, both psycannons are mastercrafted (which you really want) as is the Hammer (which is definitely the most important of the melee weapons for master-crafting) and it only comes to 330 points. This is a very good troops choice, if you're willing to bring Draigo.
Storm Raven (carries Draigo and Paladins)
w/ your choice of armaments, but I like TL Lascannon, TL Multimelta for BA, personally. Just depends on what you want to do with it. Given that its missiles count as defensive, I like the idea of adding the hurricane bolters

Assault cannon is substantially better than Lascannon. Hurricaine bolters are fine, but there are usually better places to blow points.
Don't put draigo and the paladins in this. With two psycannons and good durability, they're a squad you want to walk. Keep Draigo attached to the paladins, though, so he can suck up lascannon and melta wounds that otherwise gib your guys.
Purifiers x 5
w/ Psycannon x 2
w/ Daemon Hammer
w/ Warding Stave
w/ Psybolt Ammunition
w/ Rhino with psybolt ammo

Again, way too much stuff. Psybolt ammo is a waste for three guys and Warding Staves are still not worth it.
Interceptors x 10
w/ Psycannon x 2
w/ Daemon Hammer
w/ Psybolt Ammo

This is a reasonable interceptor squad.
Dreadknight
w/ Gatling Psilencer
w/ Heavy Psycannon
w/ Personal Teleporter

This is a terrible Dreadknight. Gatling Psilencer is balls, and the Heavy Psycannon is worse than the Heavy Incinerator.
Always take a teleporter. If you're feeling like buying him more stuff, a Sword should be your next purchase, then, maybe, a Heavy Incinerator. Don't bother with the rest of his upgrades. Not worth it.
Terminators x 10
w/ Psycannon x 2
w/ Psybolt Ammo
w/ Nemesis Warding Stave
w/ sprinkling of halberds, hammers as you see fit

Here, psybolt ammo isn't a waste. This is a reasonable unit. On the other hand, you get better psycannon density out of Paladins, and you're already playing Draigo...
At 2000 points, I would suggest this, instead:
275 - Draigo
330 - 5 Paladins:
- Stormbolter/Halberd
- Stormbolter/Sword
- Stormbolter/McHammer
- McPsycannon/Halberd
- McPsycannon/Sword
330 - 5 Paladins:
- Stormbolter/Halberd
- Stormbolter/Sword
- Stormbolter/McHammer
- McPsycannon/Halberd
- McPsycannon/Sword
275 - Grey Knight Strike Squad (10), 2x Psycannons, McHammer, Rhino
315 - Interceptors (10), 2x Psycannons, McHammer, Psybolt Ammo
230 - Dreadknight (Sword, Teleporter)
205 - Storm Raven (Assault Cannons, Multi-Meltas)
That comes out to 1960. You can use the last 40 points to buy Psybolt Ammo for your GKSS and Storm Raven (It's better on that assault cannon than on three storm bolters in a Paladin unit) or Hurricane bolters for your Storm Raven, or a Heavy Incinerator for your Dreadknight, or some Falchions for those Paladins.
This army includes three strong scoring units (and the interceptors and dreadknight can be made scoring by Draigo if it matters). It has some fast elements--don't plan on putting guys in the Storm Raven, everyone should generally be walking, but remember that it's an option which you will sometimes want to take advantage of. In the meantime, it's a reasonable gunship.
You'll have to round up one more Terminator Psycannon (they run about seven bucks on Battlewagon).
In general, you're going to want to use Draigo's Grand Strategy for Scout--the Strike Squad and Rhino benefit a lot (getting into position for stand-still shots if you're going first or moving up and popping first-turn smoke if you're not). The Dreadknight and interceptors should generally be your next two choices--the Dreadknight can use it to get excellent first turn charges with its teleport shunt, and the Interceptors can do a lot with it as well.
If you want to make it a little stronger, round up some Dreadnoughts and give them quad autocannons--135 points for a double double autocannon dread with psybolt ammo is one of the best units in the codex--and you can swap the Storm raven out of this list for two of them, with just a couple of small cuts (some master-crafting, for instance.
