Trying to match skin tones

I'm trying to match the skintone used by Phil Kelly's dark eldar, but have failed. Can anyone offer any advice?

Looks like a Dheneb Stone base, washed with something then highlighted with dheneb stone and skull white, the technique is mentioned in WD and on the website I believe. I can't really tell what the skin is washed with though, perhaps thin asurman blue?

With most of Phil Kelly's stuff, it's a thin purple wash.

I would say that is a mix of elf flesh and rotting flesh. Washed with a thin purple glaze.
