Hello all,
Here is an Ultramarines list that you may want to try. I used it less than 2 hours ago, against a tide of Orc Trukks, during a table-quarters mission in which 4 objectives were available. I was victorious, and decided to share the list with everyone.
Tigurius
Sternguard Squad of 10 - Powerfist - 7 Combi-Meltas - 2 Heavy Flamers - Drop Pod - Locator Beacon
Tactical Squad of 10 - Powerfist - Flamer - Missile Launcher - Razorback - Twin-Linked Lascannon
Scout Squad of 10 - Telion - Missile Launcher - 8 Sniper Rifles
Ironclad Dreadnought - Meltagun - Heavy Flamer - Drop Pod - Locator Beacon
Ironclad Dreadnought - Meltagun - Heavy Flamer - Drop Pod - Locator Beacon
Thunderfire Cannon - Drop Pod - Locator Beacon
Thunderfire Cannon - Drop Pod - Locator Beacon
I am not sure how this list was so effective against the Orcs. I managed to destroy a Trukk every time I fired at one, whether it was from the Dreadnoughts, or Thunderfire Cannon, or Missile Launchers. It was a close fight, but I managed to take one objective, and nearly table the Orcs. Try this list and see if you can have similar success.
