Yeah, Witt's right, there's a big allusion to it in First Heretic, and a bit in False Gods (I think... it was one of the first 3 Horus-Centric books).

There was an allusion in False Gods, but that's as much as it could be described as ("stuff" went down in the Primarch chamber)
