]Hey all

Herewith an experiment. First I want to see if I can do all those really good big photos that everyone seems to get in here.

Second, I'd like to get your take on a potential colour scheme for this bad boy. This fully scratch built Warhound class Chaos Titan is the product of a diseased mind, which I got off ebay in a bitz lot - I can't claim responsibility for the modelling although the renovation back to standing from quarters is me.

How should I paint it? I am currently thinking all metallic, bags of rust, tin bitz chaos icons. The flesh parts will be nurgly green with high gloss varnish and the metal matt and dull.

Thoughts would be appreciated:

PS Sorry I meant Warhound not Warlord Sorry All!!!

I like the bone colour on the skull on teh arm, maybe if you painted parts of it in bone it'd look pretty good, adn would fit in well with the nurgle theme. I'd paint the Pistons on teh back of the legs in bone, and maybe parts of teh arm, if you can find somewhere appropriate

Good luck with that beast! Should look awesome when you're done.

It might be better to paint the fleshy parts in a pallid, diseased skintone, complete with open sores (Such as the stock Nurgle Prince model.) (http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m1251625_99110102094_CSMNurgleDPrincemain_873x627. jpg) It tends to get the whole "diseased" point across better than the typical semi-cartoony green.

I do like this idea although unfortunately my nurgle types already have the semi-cartoony green...

Ah, point, maintaining coherency throughout the force is important. Maybe try out giving it a mottled look? Pallid, diseased skin with large patches of green discoloration on it. That would probably tie it in well with the rest of the force while still carrying the benefits of the mottled flesh approach.

What about green your nurgle types are in and then do a Tarnished Brass colour for the metal bits and trim?

Weapon Barrels and such could be be done in a rusted iron look.
