Here's a list I'm planning on playtesting before a tournament next month. I'm looking for thoughts on what I could improve on, as well as solid suggestions for USRs to take.

Kabal of the Crimson Hand (Kill Team) - 199pts
8x Kabalite Trueborn
5x Shardcarbine
1x Dark Lance (This model will use either Stealth or Relentless USR)
1x Splinter Cannon (This model will have what the DL model does not)
1x Dracon - Agoniser, Splinter Pistol, Ghostplate (Will use either Move Through Cover or Scout USR)

Tactics and Thoughts: Dracon uses cover and fleet moves to find either a threatening shooting model, or a weak model to assault ASAP. Move through Cover is a reliable rule, but Scout could potentially let me make a turn 1 assault.
Stealthed HW sits in my back corner and snipes threats (heavy weapons, PW models, et cetera.)
Relentless HW moves about to get good LoS on other threats, staying back and using cover as much as possible.
Shardcarbines move around in cover and shoot like badasses, and assualt like pros.
The trick here is to get a few models running on FNP as quickly as possible, and move those models into assault.

Pros: I'm faster than most opponents - I can re-position better, and I tend to strike first in assault (except against other Eldar lists). I can also out-shoot most forces, due to literally having two of eight ranged weapons in the force firing less than three shots per turn (Shardcarbines are the goods). Dark Lance and Splinter Cannon give me board control, a vehicle response (DL), and a Meq deterrent (SC & DL).

Cons: S/T 3. That sucks. Especially when I can't horde up and outnumber my foes. 4+ to wound. This is pretty much across all my shooting. Considering that your average SM kill team will be wounding me on a 3+, I can't win a war of attrition.

So then, what do people think?
