BA ruling question

I was interested to know how the warcon judgess would rule in regards to BA assault squads reserving to DOA onto the board and using combat squads. Basically, if i'm looking to DOA a 10 man assault squad. after I roll my 1 reserves roll for the entire unit, can I then break into combat squads and deep strike in 2 different places?

The decisions to form Combat Squads comes at deployment, according to the Combat Squads rules. According to the BRB, squads held in Reserve are deployed when they roll to enter play. Thus, a 10-man BA squad would roll once to enter from Reserves, and could at that point decide to deploy as 2 Combat Squads, including Deep striking into two different places.
