Say I have the following scenario for deepstriking in units.

The rulebook says I mishap if it is dangerous terrain. Would this mishap as there is a wall in the way? I know I could put units on the other side, but lets say I had to fill out the entire ring.

You don't mishap for landing in dangerous terrain, only for landing in impassable terrain. Ruins are passable, so they wouldn't cause a deep strike mishap.

If you land in difficult terrain, you take checks as if it was dangerous terrain.

You might want to read BRB pg. 95 Deep strike Mishaps
You mishap if you scatter off the table, land on freindly models, within 1" of enemy models or
land in impassable terrain.
Difficult terrain is treated as dangerous so in your diagram the 6 yellow models would take a test but the unit has not suffered a mishap.

If you had declared the walls impassable pre-game this would have been a mishap.

My understanding of deepstrike rules say: You treat difficult as dangerous terrain, but only Impassable terrain will cause a mishap.

Also, lets just say the wall (black line) is impassable. Then...
a) If you fill up the ring that way... you can't I think. That's an illegal move, do you have to attempt to put the yellow models in a legal spot first (the other side)?

b) If those yellow models are part of a bigger ring of yellow models and thus have to occupy that spot... then that's a mishap.

c) Giant ork?

Enemy models (or within 1" of them) and board edge (if any models in the deep strike unit are off the table, that's also a mishap) as well.

Difficult terrain becomes dangerous ONLY for the deepstrike (unless they are also Jump infantry, and using the JI move to enter or leave it afterwards).

Those 6 models in the unit take dangerous terrain tests.

If you scattered within 1" of the orks, then that's a mishap.
If you scatter and any part of the unit is off table, then that's a mishap.
If you scatter into Impassable terrain, that's a mishap.

it is important to define the terrain before the game begins. If the wall was defined as impassible, then you have problems, otherwise, some models may trip and knock themselves outta commission, like Orlando Bloom in Black Hawk Down.

(Note that I am talking about Deepstrike in the context of terrain... Open terrain = no change. Difficult -> Dangerous. Dangerous = no change. Impassable -> Mishap. Thus, amongst terrain, only Impassable causes Mishap)
