After a good amount of play testing and theory crafting I think I have a nice 2K GK list built up.
HQ:
Grey Knight Grand Master: MC Incinerator, MC NFS, psychotroke, rad, blind grenades, 235pts
Empyrean Brain Mine
Librarian: Shrouding, Sanctuary 160pts
Elite:
6man Purifiers: 2xPsycannons, 3x Halbreds , MC Hammer; in Rhino 220pts
Troop:
7man Terminators: Brotherhood Banner, 5x NFS, 1x Psycannon, MC Hammer 335pts
3x 10man GK Strike Squad: 2xPsycannon; in Rhino 780pts
Heavy Support:
2x Dreadnought: 2x Twin-linked Autocannon’s, Psybolt Ammo 270pts
From the play testing I have performed the intent with this Grey Knight list is to shoot down any strong CC armies with all the Psycannons and Dreads and soft them up before they meet my Terminators. If you go against a strong shooting army then you charge in and out CC them. With the Librarian's hood you can negate a little less then 50% of the psychic abilities used against you and with the purifiers you have a nice counter for blob armies (dirty orks and IG).
Overall I think this is a fairly well rounded army list and can perform well.
