thypus' daemon weapon

so basically the question is, can thypus kill a character with the eternal warrior rule with his daemon weapon, as technically its not an instnt kill weapon, only requiring a passed LD test to kill completely???

I think this is pushing it more than a little. It's clearly supposed to be treated in the same way as a force weapon "following all the normal rules for force weapons".

For completeness, do we think he gets poisoned 4+ as he has a mark of nurgle, or is this only available to normal lords?

Yep he would get the 4+ to wound as he has mark of nurgle, no he cannot kill anyone with EW, and yes, he is worthless against Dreadnoughts :)

Force weapons inflict Instant Death. Typhus weapon "follows the normal rules for a force weapon". Ergo, Typhus' weapon inflicts Instant Death.

Eternal Warriors are immune to Instant Death.

So technically, yes it is an instakill weapon.
