Today, lets take a look at the rules for the most powerful model now available in the game. The Eldar Phantom titan is headed to a tabletop near you! Eldar Phantom Titan Rules 2500 Points and 8 Structure points is a pretty potent starting point, and those weapons are interesting. Based on the old Epic rules, I would say the D-cannon arm is pretty spot on, and the Pulsar is a little in the "Meh" department right now, in particular lacking the Pulsar's large area effect...
