I'd trade the Halberds on the GKSS and the Incinerators on the Paladins for Rad/Psykostroke Grenades on the GM. In my experience, Incinerators are more often a hinderance than a boon. Your guys are great in combat, and I've found myself not shooting in order to guarentee the charge very often. This'll help you bend over virtually anything in CC, and you can always split the GM and the paladins and assault different weaker units.
