You can't, at least no official site. If the comics existed in a digital format there might be a torrent somewhere. Short of finding it on eBay, that may be the only way to get them.

I just wanted to see them, I've heard about the,m on and off for years- I recently found all of Kaleb Daark online so I wanted to go a step further.

You can still get Thrud from http://www.heresyminiatures.com/heroes_main.htm They do at least one figure and I believe they do the comics also. Just checked the site they have issue 2, 3 and 5 for sale.

I once found the complete White Dwarf-extracted Thrudd back in Uncanny Comics's bargain bin for 10p, back in 1989. I didn't have 10p, so I couldn't get it, and the next week, it was gone.
The comics on Heresy are the new ones by Carl Critchlow from about 2003-ish, and they're not as good. The old, original Thrudd, well. He was out of print in 1989.
I suspect he has gone the way of the Comic Relief Comic; something amazing that should be rereleased, but never, ever will be.
